TRI TO BE CHALLENGED
YMCA Triathlon Challenge
Start getting fit for spring by participating in the Nishna Valley Family YMCA four-week triathlon. You have four weeks to complete the distances that triathletes competing in and "IRONMAN" complete in one day.
SWIM: 2.4 Miles (80 laps)
BIKE: 112 Miles
RUN/WALK: 26.2 Miles

Once you have completed the challenge particpate in our 1st Indoor Triathlon on April 5.

Join your YMCA in an indoor trithalon. This triathlon is designed to introduce the tri world to newcomers or provide a training tool to veteran triathletes.
