beam, mini-trampoline, and various tumbling blocks. |

| Youth Track Participants in this program will be
running outside to get into condition for the track meet. During
bad weather, practice will be held in the South Gym. |

| T-Ball This program is designed to teach the
basic fundamentals of softball/baseball while having fun. Each
child will be assigned to a team and games will be played. The
players will be hitting off the "T". |

| State Fair Tumbling Have you always to perform at the Iowa
State Fair? Here is your big chance. We will teach you the
tumbling routine for your age and skill level and then you will be
judged on your performance at the state fair. You are responsible
for your own transportation to and from the fair. |

| Volleyball Camp This program will teach you the basic
fundamentals in a positive environment. This provides the
opportunity to get a head-start on the next season. |

| 5th & 6th Grade
Basketball Camp
If you want to get ahead of the game, this
is your chance. We will lead you into the basic fundamentals of
basketball. You will learn drills, skills, and have fun too. |

| 7th & 8th Grade Basketball
Camp This basketball camp will take you to a
higher knowledge and skill level of basketball. Come and learn
from the best. You will learn how to shoot, dribble, and play
defense. Dare to take that extra step to be a better player. |

Martial Arts
Learn self-defense while developing self
confidence, discipline, agility, flexibility, and physical fitness. |

| YMCA Soccer Clinic Learn the basic fundamentals of soccer
like "dribbling", passing, and kicking the ball as well as playing
defense. |

| Youth Basketball This program teaches the basics of
basketball. The children will be placed into teams and the coaches
will schedule practices during the week with scrimmages on Saturdays. |

| Dance Squad
Join our dance squad and have fun learning
a routine that the group will perform at half-time of an Atlantic
basketball game. |

| Flag Football
The kids will work on the fundamentals of
football while learning the skills to make them a better player on and
off the field. They will also discuss the importance of values and
teamwork. |

 |
| Cross Country The participants and instructor will be
running outside in preparation for the meet. In case of bad
weather, practice will be in the South Gym. |

| Cheerleading
Join the YMCA cheerleading squad and learn
a cheer that the group will perform at an Atlantic football game in
front of the home crowd. |

| Youth Volleyball This program will teach you the basic
fundamentals in a positive environment. This provides the
opportunity to get a head-start on the next season. |

| 5th Quarter For 7th-12th graders. After the
home football games, join us at the YMCA for some fun. This
program is sponsored by the Atlantic Churches and the YMCA.
Chaperones from the churches and the Y will be there to supervise.
You will be able to play basketball, racquetball, socialize and even
have some munchies provided by the local churches. |
