State Fair Tumbling
Have you ever wanted to perform at the Iowa State fair? Here is your big chance. We will teach you the tumbling routine for your age and skill level and then you will be judged on your performance at the Iowa State Fair August 21st, 2010. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO THE STATE FAIR AND BACK. You MUST be planning on performing at the State Fair to do this program.

This basketball camp will take you to a higher level of basketball. Come and learn from the best. You will learn to shoot, dribble, and play defense. Challenge yourself to be a better player!

Plyos Performance Work-out
Plyometric exercises: (plyos) means to build anaerobic capacity and explosive strength.
Plyometrics is a type of exercise training designed to produce fast, powerful movements, and improve the functions of the nervous system, generally for the purpose of improving performance in sports.
Jump higher, run faster, throw farther or hit harder

We need coaches, so if you can make that commitment, please let us know. If you coach, you will only pay $5.00.
Deadline for registration is August 20th!
With this traveling league, players will have the opportunity to play against other towns for more competition. Players have the option of practicing and scrimmaging with the team without traveling. Travel arrangements will be made before each game. Game schedules will be handed out at practice.
MARTIAL ARTS
The Martial Arts Class is a combination of hard and soft styles studied by the instructors. Students will be learning striking and kicking, joint lock and manipulation, break falls and rolling, ground fighting, and self-defense tactics.
Who: Kindergarten through Adults (kids attending class under the age of 10 years MUST have an adult with them during class time)
