| Everyday TLC is the YMCA's after-school
childcare program. We will also provide school-age childcare on
snow days, late starts, early outs, or in-service days. Jason Crum leads this program of teaching, learning, and caring. |
| Daily Schedule: |

front of Washington School |

| - Time to share about your day |

| Days: Monday through Friday |
| Times: regular school days - after-school
to 5:30pm |

snow or in-service days - 7am to 5:30pm |

early out days - school dismissal to 5:30pm |
| Fees: Fees are paid by purchasing a punch
card at the front desk in advance of care. Each punch is worth $5.
After-school is one punch, half day care is two punches, and all day
care is four punches. |

Summer Y'ers
|
| Childcare for kids starting kindergarten
through the completion of 5th grade. |
| Come join Jason and the others
in having fun this summer. Keep your kids healthy and active this
summer at the YMCA. Our program will make sure that your child
will experience fun and character building activities in a safe and
rewarding environment. If you would like your child to participate in the
Summer Yers program, get your registration in to Jason at the YMCA.
Program starts June 2nd. If you have any questions, call Jason at

| Full-day children (23 hours or more per
week) |
| $80 per

| Enrolling in the Summer Y'ers
Program: |
- A non-refundable or transferable
registration fee of $40 for the first child, $25 for the second, and
$15 for each additional child
will ensure a spot for your child, a t-shirt, travel expenses, and
admissions to our Friday field trip locations.

- Weekly fees will be paid on the
Friday before the week of care. Children will be responsible
for their own lunches and will be asked to bring munchies for either
the morning or afternoon snack periodically during the summer.
Refrigerator is available.

- To be registered: parents must have
the registration fee, registration forms filled out, and a copy of
the child's immunization record to secure a spot. These spots
will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. No phone
registrations will be accepted.
