Where fun and learning go hand in hand Jack & Jill Preschool has served Atlantic and the surrounding areas for over 50 years.

At Jack & Jill Preschool, we believe that learning is a creative activity which is built on ones experiences.  Young children need the opportunity and time to explore, experiment, reflect on their experiences, develop their physical capabilities and interact with their peers.  It is our goal at Jack & Jill Preschool to provide each child with materials and activities that are developmentally appropriate in a place that is safe, non-threatening, and most importantly, FUN!

How to Enroll:

Forms may be obtained at Jack & Jill Preschool or by calling 243-3934. The Director/Staff will provide information on availability in the program, a Parent handbook, and other information. We also welcome any visits to the Preschool for you and your child.

Fees Per Month:

Registration Fee: $40 (one time only)

Program Fee: 3 year-olds - $60 per month

                     4 year-olds Free (Universal 4 year-old funding) must be four by September 15.

                     5 year-olds $75.00 per month.

Our Preschool Director has an Elementary Education Degree and Early Childhood Endorsement. Teacher assistants have past experience and continued education for Early Childhood through the AEA (Area Education Agency) and the CCRR (Child Care Resource Referral).  Also, the Preschool participates in the Q.R.S. (quality rating system).  50% or more of the teaching staff are para educators.  Each teacher strives to bring out the in best in each child.

• March 11-12: Dad's Day swim day
• March 11-12: Kindergarten Screening
• March 18-23: Spring Break
• March 24: No bus for PM class only
• April 2: No School- Good Friday
• April 7: (Ms. Larson's class):Swim day
• April 8-9: (Mrs. Haynes' classes): Swim day
• April 21: No bus for PM class only
• May 5: No bus for PM class only
• May 6-7: Mother's Tea
• May 24: Graduation MWF classes
• May 26-27: Last days

 We hope all understand with all the snow delays that we have extended our last days of school to be May 26-27 of May.  Graduation will be on the 24th of May at St.Paul's Lutheran Church. Time TBA.

Field Trips will be added throughout the school year.

Please note that when dropping off for field trips, parents/children riding bus will drop off at the site and a Atlantic School bus will transport back to preschool.
