CANCELLATION POLICY:
The YMCA reserves the right to cancel classes due to lack of minimum registration. Should the YMCA need to cancel a class, a full credit will be issued to the participant. Should the participant need to cancel after the first class, a credit will be given minus a $4.00 service charge.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:
It is the policy of the YMCA that no one is denied access to the facility or to a program due to inability to pay. Financial assistance is granted on memberships and programs to those who qualify. Money raised in the Partnership With Youth Campaign helps the YMCA provide scholarships for those who need assistance. YMCA PROCEDURES AND POLICIES:
Admittance to the facility is gained by a member signing in at the front desk or a non-member paying a daily fee.
Valuables are the responsibility of the member. Please bring a lock and secure them in an available locker.
Turf or hard-soled shoes are not to be worn into the gym. Street shoes are only allowed if cleaned prior to entry.
The YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. All items found should be turned in at the front desk.
